We want you to love your signature scent, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all full-sized fragrances and body products. Please note that sample packs and limited edition collaborations are final sale to maintain our commitment to sustainability.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original DedCool shipping box and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track the shipment as it makes its way back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
